Pretty decent shirt

Got myself one of their 'botanical print shirts'. It came in a decent amount of time, no drama with delivery. The shirt itself is pretty cool, the print really pops. I've washed it once already, and it held up fine. It's a nice change from my usual plain tees. Felt like a good buy overall.

Good value for a unique shirt

I was looking for a unique 'short sleeve printed shirt' but didn't want to overspend. I found Mr Wood London during their closing down sale and snagged a great deal. The discount made it really affordable, especially for a limited edition design. The quality feels good for what I paid. It felt like a smart purchase and I definitely got good value for my money.

Good quality, delivery took a while

I ordered a 'golden palm shirt' during their summer sale. The ordering process on the website was pretty straightforward, no issues there. It took about 9 days to reach me in Texas, which felt a bit long, but it did arrive safely. The shirt itself is a good quality cotton, the print is vibrant, and the stitching seems solid. It fits well, true to size, as advertised. I had a quick question about washing instructions, and customer service responded within 24 hours, which was helpful. Overall, a positive experience, but be prepared for international shipping times.

Love my new shirt!

I just got my 'giant agave shirt' and I absolutely love it! The print is so cool and the fabric feels really nice. It's even better in person than on the website. I wore it out last night and got so many compliments! I'm definitely going to shop here again. This brand is fantastic!

Reliable as always

This was my third time ordering from Mr Wood London. I got a 'unisex printed shirt' this time. Just like my previous orders, the shirt arrived without any issues and the quality was consistent. It's why I keep coming back. They're reliable.

Will they ever restock their 'Golden Palm' shirt? I've been eyeing it for ages but it's sold out in my size.

P Paula Bennett 1 month ago
Probably not, since they're doing a closing down sale. Most of the stuff selling out now is likely gone for good. It's a shame, I wanted another one too.

Given the whole 'final clearance' thing, I seriously doubt they'll restock anything. Your best bet might be to check resale sites, but new stock is highly unlikely.

Anyone ordered recently from the UK? How long did it take for your order to arrive? I'm in Manchester and need a shirt for an event next weekend.

R Rosa Y. 1 month ago
I ordered a shirt to London last month and it got to me in about 3-4 working days. Their standard delivery is usually pretty quick.

T Todd F. 1 month ago
Mine took about 5 days, also to the North West. I think it depends on how busy they are, but you should be okay for next weekend if you order soon.

Does anyone know if Mr Wood London ships to the US? I'm in New York and really want one of their botanical shirts.

O Omar Kaur 1 month ago
Yeah, they do. I ordered from California a few months back. Took a little longer than a domestic shipment obviously, but it got here fine.

Pretty sure they ship worldwide. You might have to pay for shipping though, I don't think the free UK shipping applies to international orders, afaik.

I saw something about a closing down sale? Is that still going on, and does that mean everything is final sale or can I still return stuff if it doesn't fit?

J James L. 2 weeks ago
Yeah, the closing down sale is definitely still happening. I bought a shirt last week and got a big discount.

I think for sale items, the return policy is usually a bit stricter. I remember seeing something about it in their FAQs, might be exchange only or store credit for sale stuff. Better double check that before you buy.

Hey, thinking of grabbing a couple of those awesome printed shirts. I'm usually a large, sometimes XL, depending on the brand. Are these generally true to size or should I size up?

K Kate 4 weeks ago
I'd say they're pretty true to size. I got a medium and it fits perfectly like my other medium shirts. If you're on the fence, maybe check their size guide if they have one.

For me, my usual size fit great, a little relaxed but not baggy. I think they aim for a comfy, statement fit rather than super slim. So yeah, probably go with your normal size.

Looking at a shirt and there's a 20% off code for signing up for the newsletter. Can I also use that on top of the 'final clearance' discount that's already showing?

O Omar Patel 3 weeks ago
Nah, probably not. Most places only let you use one discount code at a time. The closing down sale prices are usually already applied, so you can't stack another code on top of that.

T Tom 3 weeks ago
I tried to use a first order discount with the automatic sale price and it didn't work. The system just picked the biggest discount. So assume it's one or the other.

How do these compare to Percival or Wolf & Badger stuff? I like those brands but always looking for something a bit different.

S Sophie 4 weeks ago
I'd say Mr Wood London is bolder with the prints than Percival, more in line with the unique stuff you'd find on Wolf & Badger, but maybe a bit more accessible in price.

The vibe is similar to those, but Mr Wood's prints are definitely more 'statement'. If you want something that really stands out, they're a good bet. Quality is up there too.

Are these shirts actually legit or just some fast fashion brand? The designs look really cool but I'm trying to buy more sustainable stuff.

T Tom R. 1 month ago
They're a proper independent brand, not fast fashion. They talk about using premium cotton and stuff. Feels good quality when you get it.

M Megan Okafor 1 month ago
Definitely legit. I've had a couple of their shirts for a while now and they hold up really well. The prints are unique, not just mass-produced junk.
